The Neuro Health Project is community driven and offers mental well-being support for everyone, everywhere for free. Our mission is to help at least one million people globally through our network of HUBS positioned in every suburb, town, city and country. We are not government or privately funded. In the current high-inflation, uncertain economic and business climate, rapid advances in technology, geographical tension, climate change have increased the sense of uncertainty, danger, and unpredictability, which leads to overwhelm in keeping up with the fast-moving pace and unprecedented challenges, affected the quality of life and mental well- being for many.

Dr. Tong has been consciously practicing 8 by 8 by 8 time management rules which enables him to achieve a good 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work, and 8 hours of leisure activities comprised of exercising, learning, self-care, connectivity with family and friends. Practicing good habits has been keeping Dr. Tong being optimizing in productivity, health, and neuro well-being.

Neuro Health Hub weekly session would be sharing evidence-based neuro health knowledge and experiences, self-reflection, practicing good habits, and sharing personal experience with other participants. The aim is to cultivate doing good, life-long learning, practice of good habits and sharing, which lead to enrich and uplifting of neuro well-being.

 

Software Engineer by training, Dr. Tong has been in public and private healthcare settings for the past two decades, focusing on healthcare digitalization, innovation, and transformation. Dr. Tong holds a Doctor of Business Administration and is a Certified Neuro Health Practitioner.

These sessions are 40-Minutes in duration and cover exceptional life skills lessons with tools you can use to negotiate whatever you may be facing in life. Whilst we encourage participation, we know that you might just want to remain anonymous, that's ok too. Importantly, the sessions are free and will always be free and you can come and go as you please.

In late 2022, the Mental Health Reform initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a significant overhaul of mental health services. The recommendation is to shift towards community-based mental health care, expanding beyond the confines of the health sector. You have the opportunity to be an active participant in this transformation by joining our community-based Neuro Health Project. You can apply to become a Neuro Health Practitioner and take on a leadership role as a HUB Leader. Join us in shaping the future of mental health care.
